It is always nice for us to mix with the Japanese community here. The boys get to play with different friends and make some new ones each time! And learn to communicate in Japanese a little more :)
It rained and rained all morning. It was supposed to start from 4pm but we waited an extra hour for the weather to clear up. Luckily the rain pretty much stopped and we could enjoy a very cool BBQ!

Once again Matthew contributed by preparing the pork ribs for the party - this time he managed to be at the party too!
Kei (Ayaka's mum) and Ashley:
Kei told me she took 3 kgs of this Frozen birthday cake to Ayaka's kindy on her actual birthday earlier this week. Then bought this same one for the party. The shop people must be a bit confused... Same birthday cakes within the same week.
Happy 5th Birthday Ayaka!
The next one is Oliver's birthday, then Luca's. It is certainly the busiest time of the year for me!
