Gyoza making

This must be the first time I made gyoza (Japanese dumplings) here in Singapore. When we were in Brunei, I often made them for us and for our gyoza loving neighbours Boel and Nathan.

Japanese supermarkets here are more expensive plus it actually takes a while to make them. So I decided to have a coffee afternoon followed by gyoza making with Japanese friends to produce 100's!

Everyone took some home for dinner. My kids loved them, especially Luca! Now I have plenty of stock in my freezer. Maybe time for a Japanese food night :)
