The first day at GSC

It is very strange for me, the 2nd day of January is the beginning of the new term for schools here in Singapore (In Japan it is usually the first week of April). Anyway that's the day the kindy told us to send our Oliver.

We finally managed to find a good school for Oliver and managed to get him enrolled (lots of places in Singapore are very full and the waiting list is loooooong). As a bonus it is walking distance from our condo and has a good outside space for the kids to run around.

I was so happy Oliver got up straight away and was eager to get to kindy. You can tell from his smile ha?!





He will be attending GSC 5 times a week from 8:00-11:00. He was very pleased they had his favourite ride on cars there:

And his favourite part of the kindy - the tree house!



Matthew took him there as Luca was still asleep and we thought he might need some support settling in - But NOPE! he was right into it straight away so Matthew was back home by 8:30.

When we went to pick him up he had the biggest smile on his face and was very excited telling us about the kindy. What a great start to the new year for him! (and for us!) Well done Oliver!
