Pasir Ris Park

There are so many cool places we have not yet explored here in Singapore. When I was doing a random search the other day I found this cool looking park, not too far from our condo. We still had to take a taxi there (or you can use the MRT and bus) but it took only 15min.
We went on a weekday afternoon around 3pm. I try not to visit parks in the middle of the day because it gets so hot here but the review on the internet said there are lots of big trees which makes a shady play area for the kids. And it was true!

It had so many different play areas the boys can explore and it was pretty empty.

Most of the climbing frames were new, and they were still finishing an additional two great big slides.

Great sea breeze coming in - the boys didn't know where to play, just so many choices!

Of course Luca enjoyed the smallest and most simple one - he is just so funny.

Matthew got to do a few runs supporting the boys on a flying fox.

If you are wondering what he is doing here - he is flying a kite, yes that's what you do when you visit parks right?

It is always nice to find somewhere new. We really like the park. On the way home we got a bus right outside the park to the MRT station and took the train home. Very easy!
I would love to get some family friends together and visit the park again for a picnic :)
